- Use roster presets to auto-fill roles, departments, and standard shifts for MLS, MLT, MLA, and PHLEB teams.
- Need a one-off teammate or traveler? Select βAdd custom nameβ to capture temporary coverage without editing the roster.
- Break tracking is optional but recommendedβenter multiple break times separated by semicolons for clear coverage visibility.
π How to Use Schedule Manager:
- Launch Schedule Manager - Roster Builder and confirm the status indicator shows Ready (green).
- Select the schedule date, choose a team (Phlebotomy or Laboratory), and pick staff from the roster or add a custom entry.
- Confirm shift start/end times, assignments, and break notes. Use the preview pane to verify coverage in real time.
- Repeat for each staff member until the preview matches the planned coverage, then choose Update All Schedulers.
- Open the Daily, Visual Coverage, or Grid scheduler and navigate to the published date to confirm the updates.
Roster tips: saved staff details auto-fill shifts and roles; use the Clear All button to reset a draft, or Export Debug Data for audit support.
